Activity for Multi-Family Income Properties

For the Outer Cape and Lower Cape regions of Cape Cod, MLS data indicates the following: after a period of relative inactivity and declining values in the multi-family small income property market, there appears to be more current sales and available inventory and an increase in the median sale price.  The increase in the median sale price may be attributed to recent sales of properties at the upper end of the value range.  It is noted that the multi-family small income property market is a small sub-market of home sales on Cape Cod and due to the small number of sales and listings in this market, these trends are not well supported.
