Increasing Sales on Cape Cod

For all residential properties in Barnstable County, comparing all of 2009 to all of 2008 for the number of total sales of one unit homes there is a 47% increase in the number of sales priced under $300,000 and there is a 4.73% increase in the number of sales over $1,000,000.  The data provided is per Cape Cod and The Islands MLS and the Warren Report.
